Kananaskis Riverboarding

Get right into it, we mean the river!  There's nothing like flowing downstream completely at-one with the current, riding through swirls, boils, holes and waves.  This is a hands on, face in the water style of whitewater river running!

Our professional guides will give an informative training session in the slow backwater eddies before you venture into the main stream of the Kananaskis River.

On the river, your guide and safety kayaker will show you the way, giving continuous instruction and providing safety.  Try catching eddies, surfing waves and riding holes.  This is a great trip for groups, stags and stagettes! 

This trip is approximately 2 hours on the river, 4+ hours return to Banff and Canmore.

$98.00/person  |  Minimum age 14 yrs 

Participants must by physically fit and strong swimmers.

We require minimum numbers to run a trip. $5 transportation fee for pick ups in Banff and Canmore or meet at our Stoney Nakoda river base for free transportation!
